SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

We will make every attempt to ship your order the next business day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 5 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

FOR JEWELRY:

DOMESTIC WITHIN 50 STATES VIA USPS PRIORITY: $6.50 minimum will automatically be added during checkout. DOMESTIC WITHIN 50 STATES VIA USPS EXPRESS: $20.00 minimum will automatically be added during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL VIA USPS AIR MAIL + REGISTER SERVICE: $16 minimum will automatically be added during checkout for the first 3 items, anything over will be re-calculated and added to your order.

INTERNATIONAL VIA USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS: $30 minimum will automatically be added during checkout for the first 3 items, anything over will be re-calculated and added to your order.

FOR HANDBAGS:

DOMESTIC WITHIN 50 STATES VIA USPS: $12 minimum for the first two pounds will automatically be added during checkout, anything over one pound or international will be re-calculated and added to your order.

Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be filed within 7 days from the date the package was delivered. All defective items will be replaced or refunded less shipping and handling charges. Claimed items must carry their original tag when received. Returns on non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order, Sale, or Clearance items cannot be returned.
